MaDe Creative Agency is expanding our Texas production network! We’re looking for experienced, reliable, and energetic freelance event production professionals in the Dallas and Houston markets to join our go-to team for upcoming experiential marketing, brand activation, and live event projects. Our fall calendar is getting busy, with opportunities anticipated throughout the remainder of 2026. We’re looking to meet great people now and begin interviews immediately. We’re looking for hands-on people who are efficient, resourceful, and know how to get a setup DONE. Projects may include: Event load-in + load-out Loading/unloading trucks and event assets Setting up branded bars, displays, and activation elements Furniture + décor installation Signage installation Basic assembly and production support Maintaining activation spaces throughout an event Assisting Production Managers onsite This is physical, hands-on event work. You should be comfortable working quickly, problem-solving, and jumping in wherever needed. FIELD / PRODUCTION MANAGERS We’re also looking for experienced event professionals who can take ownership of an activation onsite and confidently represent MaDe with our clients, venues, vendors, and staff. Responsibilities may include: Leading setup + breakdown Managing local production crews Coordinating vendors Following production schedules + run of show Managing event programming Communicating with clients onsite Troubleshooting in real time Capturing photos + providing post-event recaps Ensuring the activation is executed to MaDe standards REQUIREMENTS Must be 21+ Must have previous experiential, event, activation, or production experience Based in or able to easily service Dallas and/or Houston Reliable transportation Ability to travel within Texas is a plus Flexible availability, including evenings + weekends Professional, communicative, and dependable Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Production crew must be comfortable with physical setup/breakdown work IMPORTANT TO KNOW These are freelance/subcontractor opportunities offered on a project-by-project basis. Hours, dates, and frequency of work are not guaranteed. Each opportunity will be presented individually with the scope, location, schedule, and compensation.
