MaDe Creative is looking for outgoing, reliable, and professional Brand Ambassadors to join our team for an exciting 10-week experiential marketing program in Austin, beginning within the next two weeks. This is an ongoing program with activations taking place primarily on weekends at multiple bar and restaurant locations throughout Austin. We are looking for team members who can commit to working most weekends throughout the 10-week program, rather than applicants seeking a one-time event. Pay: $35/hour Program Length: Approximately 10 weeks (with each sampling ranging from 3-6 hours Start: Within the next 2 weeks Location: Austin, TX – various on-premise accounts Schedule: Primarily Thursday–Sunday evenings, with Friday and Saturday being the most common activation nights Training: Mandatory program and brand training will be provided before your first activation What You'll Do Represent a premium spirits brand at bars and restaurants throughout Austin Engage guests in a friendly, confident, and professional manner Educate consumers on the featured product and encourage trial Distribute samples while following all program and responsible-sampling guidelines Assist with light activation setup, breakdown, and maintaining a clean, polished sampling area Work closely with the MaDe Creative team and fellow Brand Ambassadors Accurately report basic event information and consumer feedback after activations What We're Looking For Must be 21+ Brand ambassador, promotional modeling, hospitality, nightlife, or spirits-sampling experience preferred Available most weekends during the full 10-week program Comfortable working evening/nightlife events and traveling between Austin-area accounts Energetic, personable, polished, and comfortable approaching and engaging new people Dependable and punctual — consistent attendance is especially important for this program Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable transportation needed Must be comfortable working around and promoting alcoholic beverages Must complete required training before working activations To apply: Please submit your relevant brand ambassador/event experience, and a recent photo or promotional portfolio if available.
