Makai is looking for 2 polished, professional, outgoing, and energetic Brand Ambassadors to join our team inside the brand booth at the Global Produce & Floral Show in Orlando! This is a high-profile industry trade show, and we’re looking for experienced BAs who know how to bring great energy while remaining polished and professional. You’ll be working directly alongside the client and Makai team, so we’re looking for people who are proactive, dependable, flexible, and true team players. LOCATION: Orange County Convention Center Orlando, FL DATES & START TIMES: Thursday, October 15: Arrive by 8:30 AM Friday, October 16: Arrive by 9:00 AM End times are still being finalized, so flexibility for full trade show days is required. RATE: $28/hour THE ROLE: You’ll be representing the brand inside its trade show booth, helping create an engaging, welcoming, energetic, and professional experience for attendees. Responsibilities include: • Proactively greeting and engaging trade show attendees • Starting conversations and drawing attendees into the booth • Sharing key brand and product information • Helping attendees learn more about the brand and its products • Supporting booth activities, giveaways, and attendee engagement as needed • Keeping the booth organized, stocked, polished, and presentation-ready • Working closely and professionally with the client, Makai team, and fellow Brand Ambassadors • Being a positive, flexible team player and jumping in wherever needed • Maintaining high energy, professionalism, and a polished presence throughout the event WE’RE LOOKING FOR: • Polished, professional, outgoing, and energetic personalities • Previous trade show booth experience strongly preferred • Previous experience working events at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) is a big plus • Comfortable proactively approaching attendees and starting conversations • Strong communication and customer service skills • Able to take direction and work professionally alongside the client and Makai team • Positive, collaborative team players who are willing to jump in and support the team wherever needed • Dependable, punctual, flexible, and professional • Able to stay engaged and maintain great energy throughout a busy trade show day • Previous brand ambassador, experiential marketing, promotional, retail, or sales experience preferred • Reliable transportation to and from the Orange County Convention Center • Must be available both days PLEASE SUBMIT ALL REQUESTED INFORMATION TO BE CONSIDERED: 1.
