# Operations Coordinator – Part-Time (Hybrid) **Pay:** $25/hour We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for experiential marketing programs. ### Position Details * **Location:** Hybrid (Remote with occasional in-office work in Torrance, CA) * **Pay:** $25/hour * **Schedule:** Flexible, up to 25 hours per week * **Status:** Part-Time Independent Contractor ### Responsibilities * Coordinate daily operational tasks across multiple programs. * Partner with vendors and internal teams to keep projects organized and on track. * Assist with preparing presentations and program materials. * Prepare reports, reconcile expense reports, and support administrative workflows. * Submit and approve Brand Ambassador work hours for payroll. * Maintain organized records and support day-to-day operational activities. ### Qualifications * Experience in administrative support, operations, experiential marketing, event production, or a related field preferred. * Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. * Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred. ### To Apply Please email your resume and a brief cover letter to **[Rebecca.G@makaiinc.com](mailto:Rebecca.G@makaiinc.com)** to be considered for this opportunity.
