Makai is now hiring 1-2 experienced Product Specialists for the Phoenix market! This is an excellent opportunity to represent brands, engage customers, and create buzz for products. Rate: Product Specialist: $30 per hour (Independent Contractor) When / Where: Dates: Thursday – Sunday, February 20th through July 6th Shifts: Store hours (exact times TBD) Locations: Various club stores in Phoenix, Chandler, Gilbert, Avondale, Surprise, Glendale, and other surrounding cities (specific locations will be provided upon confirmation) Training: Training will be provided before the roadshow begins. Details will be shared upon confirmation. What We’re Looking For: Motivated and driven individuals who are passionate about representing brands and engaging with customers Must have experience working long shift hours and working independently Ability to effectively engage customers and encourage them to scan a QR code for more information Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality Any sales or sales-related experience is a plus but not required Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced retail environment Must have a passion for educating customers about products and creating excitement Ability to manage product displays and ensure product availability throughout the day Demonstrated success in similar roles (e.g., product promotion, customer engagement, event marketing, product specialist) Reliable transportation to and from event locations (Please confirm if you have reliable transportation) Must be eligible to work in the US Availability for all Thursdays through Sundays from February 20th to July 6th is preferred, but let us know if there are any specific dates you’re unavailable We’re looking for 1-2 people per market What You’ll Be Doing: Representing and promoting products at various club store locations Engaging with customers, answering questions, and providing product information Effectively encouraging customers to scan a QR code for more details or special offers Distributing premium items to engaged customers Ensuring product displays remain stocked and visually appealing Creating a fun and engaging experience for customers Keeping the energy high and providing top-notch customer service Ready to Join the Team?
