MarathonFoto is the official photographer for the Chicago Marathon and we are looking for several energetic Brand Ambassadors to work during the 2025 Bank of America Chicago Marathon Expo on October 9th, 10th, and 11th. WHO YOU ARE: we are seeking reliable, hard-working, outgoing, and enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to represent MarathonFoto at the expo. As the face of our company, you'll engage directly with participants, promoting our brand and creating a memorable experience. The primary responsibilities include greeting and engaging with participants, showcasing our photo products, and processing orders. To excel as a Brand Ambassador, you must actively engage with the participants, confidently share knowledge about our products, and effectively address customer questions. Location: Lakeside Center, Hall D 2301 S. Martin Luther King Drive Chicago, IL 60616 Date and time: Thursday, October 9th , 10:00AM–6:00PM Friday, October 10th , 8:30AM–6:00PM Saturday, October 11th , 8:30AM–6:00PM You must arrive on time and be able to work all 3 days Casual dress code - we ask everyone to wear black sport pants/leggings and sport shoes. We will provide a MarathonFoto t-shirt for you to wear. Compensation: $35.00 per hour with the potential of a team-wide bonus as well. This bonus is awarded to all team members when specific overall sales targets are met. REQUIREMENTS: • Professionalism, strong communication, and proactive engagement with participants. • Attentive, efficient, outgoing, and eager to meet new people. • Comfortable speaking with many people throughout the workday. • Deliver a great experience to boost brand loyalty and awareness. • Fluent in English. • Energetic, friendly, self-motivated, and flexible. • Punctuality and full availability for the expo. • Strong sales and customer service skills. • Experience with iPads and POS payment systems. • Ability to stand for the entire event indoors. • Experience in events, promotions, or consumer marketing. • Excellent problem-solving skills. • Able to lift up to 30 pounds if needed. • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. If you are interested in being considered for this opportunity, please: • Specify why you would be a good fit for this position • Let us know if you can work all 3 days • The languages you speak fluently
