We are looking for friendly, outgoing, and reliable Brand Ambassadors to represent Tatsu Tea at Sprouts Farmers Market locations. As a Brand Ambassador, you will introduce shoppers to Tatsu Tea through product sampling, engaging conversations, and a positive in-store experience. You will educate shoppers about the product, offer samples, answer questions, and encourage customers to purchase Tatsu Tea. Responsibilities include: Represent Tatsu Tea professionally and enthusiastically Offer product samples to Sprouts shoppers Educate customers on Tatsu Tea, including flavors, ingredients, and key product benefits Engage shoppers in friendly and genuine conversations Encourage product purchases after sampling Keep the sampling area clean, organized, and stocked Follow all Tatsu Tea, Mariano Events, and Sprouts guidelines Complete required event reporting and submit event photos Track samples and other required campaign information Ideal candidates are outgoing, personable, dependable, and comfortable approaching and talking with shoppers. Previous Brand Ambassador, retail, promotional marketing, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
