Culinary Professional Needed — H‑E‑B Culinary Center We are seeking an experienced culinary professional to support the owner of So Cool Brands during a product presentation at the H‑E‑B Culinary Center in San Antonio. This is a hands-on culinary role—not a traditional brand ambassador position. The selected professional will assist with food preparation, cooking, plating, presentation, sampling, and clean-up while helping deliver a polished experience for H‑E‑B. **Event Details** **Date:** Tuesday, October 13, 2026 **Location:** H‑E‑B Culinary Center, 3rd Floor 641 South Flores, San Antonio, TX 78204 **Event Schedule** 11:30 AM–12:30 PM: Food preparation and plating 12:30 PM–1:00 PM: Presentation and sampling 1:00 PM–1:30 PM: Clean-up **Pay:** $30 per hour **Required Experience and Skills** - Professional culinary experience is required. - Comfortable preparing and plating food in a professional culinary setting. - Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and clean-workstation practices. - Able to work efficiently, follow direction, and maintain a polished presentation. - Reliable, punctual, professional, and able to work independently. - Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude. - Able to stand for the duration of the event and assist with set-up and clean-up. **Responsibilities** - Assist with cooking, food preparation, and professional plating. - Support the owner of So Cool Brands throughout the presentation and sampling period. - Maintain food-safety and sanitation standards. - Keep the culinary workspace organized and guest-ready. - Assist with event set-up, breakdown, and clean-up. - Represent So Cool Brands professionally at all times.
