Now Hiring: Project Coordinator/Field Manager 📍 Locations: Dallas/Ft. Worth 📅 Start Date: June 8th – December 31st, 2026 ⏳ Duration: 6 months, potential for contract renewal for next year 💰 Salary: $60,000 (prorated for the 6-month period) 📱 Cell Phone Allowance: $50 per month 🎯 Bonus: Up to $3500 for the contract period - based on achieving KPIs 🕘 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8hrs/day, flexible start time between 7 AM – 9 AM, finishing between 3 PM – 5 PM About the Role: We’re growing and looking for a highly organized, energetic, self-motivated Program Co-ordinator/Field Manager to join our team! This full-time role is perfect for individuals who thrive in independent, on-the-go work, enjoy building relationships, coaching for excellence, analyzing performance and are passionate about driving team success. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Support Full Cycle Recruitment of both FT and Syndicate Territory Reps across the country ✅ Train and set up team to achieve in field KPIs ✅ Track team performance against project goals ✅ Support management by being boots on the ground, in field support to team ✅ Travel to perform ride alongs with team members to ensure highest level of in field execution ✅ Provide coaching support and feedback to help team members grow and develop ✅ Update all project documentation, help in creating reports for all stakeholders ✅ Report to Project Manager What We’re Looking For: ✔️ Strong selling and relationship building skills ✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills ✔️ Previous experience in sales, merchandising, or brand promotions (preferred) ✔️ Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel ✔️ Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license ✔️ Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven!
