*****PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE MULTIPLE SITES TO VISIT FOR THIS POSITION***** We are currently recruiting enthusiastic candidates to support an audit of products and clerk education for one of our top clients, SESH USA. Reporting to the Team Leader, the Sales and Marketing Representative’s (SMR) primary function is to perform merchandising support and education of the product line to an assigned route of stores. You will locate the current product displays and assess their effectiveness, evaluate inventory levels, and provide detailed education for the clerks in order to best sell our product. You will also provide notes to our client on any perceived opportunities to increase distribution. The primary role of the SMR is to service all customers in a safe and productive manner, according to the Market Recon executional standards. Ideal candidates should be sociable, outgoing, and work well independently. This position is part-time and the SMR must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle to travel the territory. Schedule: Audits will take place September 15-October 7,, 2025 - BONUS AVAILABLE FOR EARLY COMPLETION! Pay: Dependant on location, to be discussed RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage products and relationships with the customer contacts for sale of our products at assigned accounts. • Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts and look for ways to increase sales. • Evaluate all competitors' activities such as new launches and price reductions. • Execute proper rotation to ensure fresh product. • Increase inventory and diversity of products at each assigned account and improve in-store branding while delivering fresh product. • Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices. • Be a major contributor/leader among peer group. • Maintain the relationship with customer contacts at each assigned account. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record. • Experience in sales and account management. • Ability to lift and transport up to 40 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays. • English; additional languages an advantage. • Must be legally entitled to work in the United States of America.
