📍 Dallas, TX 📅 Start Date: October 1, 2026 ⏳ Duration: Through end of year, with possibility of a 1-year extension in 2027 💰 Pay: $24/hour + $1,000/month car allowance + $75/month phone allowance 🎯 Bonus: $1,000 paid every 3 months / quarterly 🕘 Schedule: Flexible, Monday–Friday, with start times between 7–10 AM and finish times between 3–6 PM 🚗 Territory Account Maintenance & Merchandising Representative Market Recon is looking for organized, outgoing field representatives to support Ryde Functional Shots across the Dallas area. You’ll be the face of the brand in your territory, focused on maintaining existing Ryde retail accounts, building strong relationships with store teams, ensuring product is visible and properly placed, and supporting strong in-store execution. ✅ What You’ll Do: Visit existing Ryde retail accounts throughout your assigned Dallas territory Build and maintain positive relationships with store staff and managers Set up promotional displays and maintain merchandising standards Check inventory levels and identify reorder opportunities Ensure product is visible, organized, faced, and properly placed in-store Capture store photos and log all activity via tablet/Repsly app Report out-of-stocks, low inventory, display issues, and execution opportunities Hit weekly and monthly KPIs, including store coverage, displays, merchandising quality, and reporting accuracy 🧩 Who You Are: Strong communicator who builds relationships easily Organized, self-directed, and dependable Comfortable working independently in the field Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Tech-savvy with tablets, apps, photos, and cloud reporting Able to lift and set up displays under 10 lbs Reliable vehicle, clean driving record, and valid driver’s license Merchandising, retail, field marketing, or brand promotional experience is a plus 🎓 Plus: In-depth brand training, with potential to extend into a longer-term role through 2027. 📩 To Apply: Send your resume to dan@marketreconagency.com with “Ryde Dallas Application” in the subject line.
