📍 Greater Los Angeles, CA 📅 Start Date: September 7, 2026 ⏳ Duration: Through end of year, with possibility of a 1-year extension in 2027 💰 Pay: $23/hour + $1,250/month car allowance + $75/month phone allowance 🎯 Bonus: $2,000 paid at end of contract 🕘 Schedule: Flexible, Monday–Friday, with start times between 7–10 AM and finish times between 3–6 PM 🚗 Territory Sales & Marketing Representative Market Recon is looking for driven, outgoing field representatives to support Ryde Functional Shots across the Greater Los Angeles area. You’ll be the face of the brand in your territory, focused on opening new retail accounts, introducing Ryde to store decision-makers, and building strong relationships that lead to new placements and repeat orders. You’ll also support existing Ryde accounts by maintaining visibility, securing quality shelf placement, and helping drive in-store product growth. ✅ What You’ll Do: Visit retail locations throughout your assigned territory, including prospective new stores and existing Ryde accounts Introduce Ryde to store decision-makers and help secure new account placements Build strong relationships with store staff and key decision-makers Set up promotional displays and maintain merchandising standards Monitor inventory levels and support reorder opportunities Ensure product is visible, organized, and properly placed in-store Log all activity via tablet/Repsly app Hit weekly and monthly KPIs, including sales, displays, new account opportunities, store coverage, and execution quality 🧩 Who You Are: Strong communicator who builds relationships easily Sales-minded, confident, and comfortable approaching new accounts Organized, self-directed, and goal-driven Comfortable working independently in the field Tech-savvy with tablets, apps, and cloud reporting Able to lift and set up displays under 10 lbs Reliable vehicle, clean driving record, and valid driver’s license Sales, merchandising, retail, field marketing, or brand promotional experience is a plus 🎓 Plus: In-depth brand training, with potential to extend into a longer-term role through 2027. 📩 To Apply: Send your resume to dan@marketreconagency.com with “Ryde LA Application” in the subject line.
