📍 Locations: San Antonio, TX 📅 Start Date: August 4th, 2025 ⏳ Duration: Until December 31st, 2025 💰 Salary: $24/hour 🚗 Car Allowance: $1,200/month 📱 Cell Phone Allowance: $75/month 🎯 Bonus: Up to $1,000 quarterly (based on KPIs & hours worked) 🩺 Benefits: Eligible after 3 months (50% employer-paid) 🕘 Schedule: Monday – Friday, flexible start time between 8 AM – 9 AM, end between 4 PM – 5 PM About the Role Market Recon is a leading shopper marketing and education company that helps brands build loyalty and drive conversion at the point of purchase. We are currently seeking Territory Sales & Marketing Representatives to support a mid-sized, market-leading CPG client. This full-time field role involves daily travel to retail stores across Austin and San Antonio. You’ll be the face of the brand, building relationships, driving visibility, and increasing sales. Key Responsibilities ✅ Conduct daily visits to ~20 retail stores (15/20 minute visits) ✅ Set up and maintain promotional materials (POSM/Displays) ✅ Present, promote, and sell products and promotions to store managers ✅ Assist with inventory tracking and re-ordering ✅ Build strong relationships with store staff to drive engagement and sales ✅ Execute promotional campaigns and achieve brand display objectives ✅ Educate store teams on brand messaging and product knowledge ✅ Use mobile tools to track visits and performance ✅ Be a passionate brand ambassador in the field What We Offer ✨ Competitive Pay – $24/hour ✨ Quarterly Bonus – Up to $1,000 based on performance ✨ Monthly Car Allowance – $1,200 ✨ Cell Phone Allowance – $75/month ✨ Benefits – 50% employer-paid after 3 months ✨ Full-Time Schedule – Monday to Friday with flexible start times (8hrs/day with 7AM to 9AM start) ✨ Mileage, iPad & Sales Incentives ✨ Opportunity for contract extension beyond 2025 Requirements ✔️ 1+ year experience in sales, merchandising, or brand promotions (B2B or B2C) ✔️ Strong selling and up-selling ability with excellent negotiation skills ✔️ Post-secondary education preferred (Marketing, Business, Communications) ✔️ Experience with grocery and retail chains is a strong asset ✔️ Tech-savvy – confident with digital tools, apps, and tablets ✔️ Professional communication in English (verbal & written) ✔️ Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently ✔️ Able to carry light promotional materials (under 10 lbs) ✔️ Valid Driver’s License, Clean Driving Record & Reliable Vehicle How to Apply 📩 Send your resume and cover letter to debbie@hrfx.ca 📝 Use the subject line: Territory Rep – [Your City] Ready to hit the ground running?
