MCR Experiential Marketing

We are seeking a professional and outgoing Brand Ambassador with prior event experience to represent an important liquor brand, at a high-energy tailgate activation. This role requires someone who can confidently engage with attendees, embody the brand’s image, and create memorable experiences in a lively sports and entertainment environment. Responsibilities: • Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm throughout the event. • Engage with guests, share key product information, and answer basic brand questions. • Assist with product sampling, tastings, or giveaways (if applicable). • Encourage attendee participation in branded activities, games, or photo opportunities. • Ensure the activation space remains clean, organized, and welcoming. • Collect feedback or assist with consumer interaction reports if requested. • Collaborate with the on-site team to deliver a seamless event experience. Requirements: • Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador, Event Staff, or Promotional Model (tailgate, sports, or large outdoor event experience preferred). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable approaching and interacting with large crowds. • Energetic, reliable, and professional demeanor. • Ability to stand for long periods and work in an outdoor environment. • Must be 21+ (if working with alcohol brands). • Punctual, team-oriented, and attentive to detail.
