Position: Brand Ambassador – Costco Roadshow | Sebamed Skincare Location: New York / New Jersey Pay: $25–$30/hr + Commission | W-2 This role isn't for everyone. It's for the one who loves the floor. Sebamed is a dermatologist-trusted, pH-5.5 skincare brand and we run some of the highest-performing booths in the Costco roadshow circuit. We're looking for a Brand Ambassador in the NY/NJ market who brings consistent energy, hits their numbers, and knows how to turn a passing Costco shopper into a loyal customer. If you thrive in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment and you know how to work a booth, we want to talk. THE FORMAT 10-day consecutive shows with 4 days off between each event. Rotating locations across NY-area Costco warehouses. Full booth setup and teardown each show — you own the space. WHAT YOU'LL DO You'll represent Sebamed at Costco roadshow events, running the full sales cycle from cold engagement to close. You'll need to know the product inside and out, hit daily sales targets, and maintain a professional, high-energy presence across every single shift — not just the first day. Consistency is everything here. We're looking for someone who performs the same on day 10 as they do on day 1. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Experience working Costco roadshows or warehouse/club-store events is strongly preferred. A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. The ability to engage cold traffic and convert confidently and naturally. Strong product retention and professional presentation. Bilingual English/Spanish is a major plus. WHAT YOU'LL EARN $25–$30/hr based on roadshow experience, plus commission on top — top performers earn significantly more. W-2 employment, not 1099. Employee referral bonus program.
