Hiring for several positions for Demo Days Portland (See descriptions below) Right Seat Driver - $35/hr Registration BA/ Crowd Gatherer - $27/hr Setup/ Car Delivery - $25/hr Location: Portland International Raceway 1940 N. Victory Blvd Portland, OR 97217 1. Portland Demo Days Positions ---Registration Staff (2 positions) $27/hr Dates: July 25-26, 2026 Saturday: 9 am - 5 pm Sunday: 9:30 am - 6 pm Duties: • Encouraging guests who are walking by to enter into the footprint and do a test drive. • Help guests to sign up on the iPads • Attention to detail. ID verification and breathalyzer test, administer wristband. • Be the welcoming face of the event, professional appearance. • Help keep the footprint organized and clean. - Assist the managers on site where needed. - Help with the directional flow of traffic if needed. - Assist with vehicle pick up and drop offs - Assist with setup and breakdown of the event each day. ---Setup Staff (3 positions) $25/hr Dates: July 24, 2026 Friday: 10am - 2pm Duties: - Help deliver the show cars to the event and place - Assist with set up of event ---Right Seat Driver Staff (8 positions) $35/hr Dates: July 24-26, 2026 Friday: 2pm - 5pm (Training, subject to change) Saturday: 9 am - 5 pm Sunday: 9:30 am - 6 pm Duties: - Must have a valid drivers license and good driving record. -Study up on talking points and specs and be knowledgeable about 1 vehicle on site in order to speak confidently about the vehicle. Specs and talking points provided. -Ability to perform a walk-around your 1 vehicles. -Take guests out on a pre-determined route as a right seat driver and demonstrate key features. -Ability to help keep control and maintain safety during the test drive. -Deliver a professional, informative and engaging experience. Get consumers excited about the vehicles. -Stay on schedule giving each guest an equal amount of time and help to keep the flow moving. With a short event, our focus to get everyone a ride within the event time allotted. -Help with set up and breakdown -Deliver show cars back to dealership at the end of the event Additional Event Details: Parking each day is provided. Uniform: You will need to provide: black pants, and black shoes. We will provide a branded long sleeve shirt. This event is outdoors. You may layer underneath so long as it doesn't interfere with the overall look.
