About MOGXP
MOGXP is a veteran-owned, woman-led experiential marketing and fractional CMO firm based in Plano, Texas. We get products into the hands of consumers, and we have built field programs for brands including Toyota, PepsiCo, Anheuser-Busch, Kellogg's, Coca-Cola, and Rite Aid. MOGXP handles the strategy, the event selection, the client relationship, and the logistics. This role owns what happens once the table is up and the crowd shows up.
The program
At Nature Wins, we believe in the restorative power of nature. Our mission is to restore faith in the natural healing powers provided by our planet.
You'll be sampling Nature Wins Hydrate Complete, a powdered electrolyte and nutrient supplement in single-serve stick packs. It comes in three flavors (Blue Ice, Strawberry Lemonade, and Green Apple), it's sugar-free and stevia-free.

Before the event
• Attend a one-hour paid training call covering the three flavors, the approved talking points, the language that is off limits, the run of show, and how we capture content and feedback
• Arrive at the 8:00 a.m. call time on the event brief and check in with the Team Lead
• Help load in and set up: tent, table, signage, and three coolers of Hydrate Complete mixed fresh, one per flavor, iced down and ready to pour
• Bring a charged phone. It's one of your most important tools on this job
During the event
• Work the table and the crowd. Invite people over, don't wait for them to find you. Car owners, spectators, and families are all fair game
• Pour and hand out 3 oz samples to guests 18 and over. If a parent asks for one for their child, the Team Lead shows them the label first
• Keep it fun and conversational. Let people pick a flavor, tell them what's in it, and point them to where they can buy it
• Stick to the approved talking points, and know them cold. No health claims, no dosing advice, no promises about what the product will do for anyone. Health questions get pointed to the label and their own practitioner. This is non-negotiable
• Rotate roles with your teammate every 30 minutes: one pours and hands, one talks and captures
• Keep a tally of samples poured and note the crowd mix you observe
• Capture content continuously. Vertical video and stills, shot for social: the pour, the first sip, the reaction, the cars and the crowd. Always ask permission before you film or photograph anyone's face
• Record what you hear: the questions, the objections, the flavor people keep coming back for, and any other brands guests mention
• Keep the table clean, stocked, and looking sharp the whole time
After the event
• Help tear down, load out, and leave the site cleaner than you found it
What we're looking for
• An enthusiastic extrovert. You'll approach dozens of people cold, in a crowd, outdoors, for hours, and you enjoy it
• Creative and quick on your feet. The event never matches the plan, and you roll with it
• Dependable. On time, reachable, and there when you said you'd be
• Likeable. People try a sample because they like the person offering it
• Comfortable on camera and behind it. Content is a deliverable on this program, not a bonus
• Detail-minded about what you say. You can stay on script with product facts, even when a guest pushes
• Presentable and family-appropriate. You'll wear the Nature Wins T-shirt we provide with dark jeans or khakis and closed-toe shoes. The event is on church property with a mixed family crowd, so modest is the standard
• Into an active, outdoor lifestyle. It's what the brand is about, and the crowd picks up on it
• Available on Saturday mornings: October 17, November 21, and December 19, 2026. We'd love the same team for every date
• 18 or older, with reliable transportation and a smartphone with a working camera
• Sampling, brand ambassador, street team, retail demo, or hospitality experience preferred, not required. We train
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
Physical requirements
• Stand and engage actively for the full four-hour shift, on pavement, outdoors
• Work comfortably in North Texas weather, from warm October mornings to chilly December ones
• Lift and move coolers, cases of water, bags of ice, and event gear, with a teammate when needed
• Help set up and break down a 10x10 tent, table, and signage
Compensation and terms
• $30 per hour
• Paid one-hour training call before your first event
• Four-hour minimum per event
• Brand apparel, all product, and all event supplies provided
• Events are offered date by date. Declining one does not remove you from the roster
