Moment - Drink your meditation (Botanical Sodas and Teas)

Moment is a line of mood boosting botanical sodas and teas designed to help you reset without caffeine or added sugar. Inspired by meditation, each can blends adaptogens and botanicals to support calm, clarity, and mood. It’s the perfect afternoon pick-me-up or evening wind-down. Moment is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated demo ambassadors/merchandisers. We are looking for passionate individuals who can embody our brand and can effectively put Moment on the shelf of every famous retailer. As an Ambassador, you will collaborate closely with our team, actively participating in in-store retail demos, merchandising & various in-market events. Key Responsibilities: - The most important responsibility in any role at an early-stage startup is to be aligned with the company's vision & to be intrinsically motivated to make a difference which brings us to the most important responsibility: Love Moment - Managing in-store demos: Conduct engaging demos at retail locations. - Educating customers: Provide in-depth product knowledge and share the compelling story behind Moment. - Merchandising: Winning secondary placements, setting up our displays, putting IRCs/coupons, and arranging the cans properly on shelf. - Monitoring feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback, while keeping track of the success of demos and events. Requirements: - Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred. - Ability to develop and leverage relations. - Excellent verbal communication & interpersonal skills. Able to adapt to new environments. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Able to commit 2-8 hours per week. - Availability to travel and work on weekends. - Must have access to a car and reliable transportation. In Store Demo Incentive Structure: - 2-hour Demo with half an hour of merchandising: $20 per hour - Gas covered (Max $20) - 40 cents per mile - Additional incentives for cans sold: 30 to 35 cans sold: $5 36 to 40 cans sold: $10 41 to 45 cans sold - $20 46 to 50 cans sold - $30 51 to 60 cans sold - $40 Our booking system: - We would be asking you to fill out an availability form (for your availability for July and August) so we can book you in advance through our booking system for the stores that you pick as being close to you.
