Hello, @morethanmodelsinc is currently seeking exceptional Brand Ambassadors, Costume Character Actors (4’10” to 5'6" in height), and Character Handlers at an Exciting Gaming Convention 2026 to take place in Boston, MA representing a Major Gaming Company from Thursday, March 26 through Sunday, March 29, 2026.A required 4-Hour On-site Training will take place prior to the event on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 will also be required to work. (Timing is TBD). Full availability is required and related experience is preferred. Costume Character Actors must be 4’10” to 5’6'' in height and be comfortable in full costume. Actors must become familiar with any provided guides prior to the event, as well as the assigned character’s signature poses, gestures, and physical mannerisms. Character Actors will also need to be highly energetic and physically animated throughout appearances, and should have strong stamina. Character Handlers will assist a Character Actor in making appearances throughout the event, supporting them with: dressing in and out of costume, interacting with guests, guiding the Character to appropriate staging and break areas, and protecting them from objects or people they are not able to sense. Handlers will help guests take photos with the Character, speak for the Costume Character Actor and keep track of timing with a watch you must be wearing at all times. Brand Ambassadors: Tech Demonstrators should be knowledgeable and passionate about technology, as well as being familiar with current devices. They must be able to relay key brand and product messaging and instructions with ease and enthusiasm, while creating a fun, interactive, and positive experience for all attendees. Line Managers should be knowledgeable about all available activities, entrances & exits, and must possess strong communication skills. Must have an ability to project their voices, and direct attendees to the appropriate staff members, lines, and other areas in a polite & clear manner. Rewards Program Ambassadors should be well‑versed in the brand’s check‑in program, and have the ability to assist attendees with check‑ins and troubleshooting. Must be able to clearly explain sign‑up and Rewards Program processes, and should encourage participation while maintaining a friendly, energetic, and brand-aligned presence throughout the event.
