Hello, @morethanmodelsinc is currently seeking top Talent with a polished presentation to work a major beauty conference, Cosmoprof North America 2026, representing a Popular Hair Care Brand in Miami, FL from Tuesday, January 27th through Thursday, January 29th, 2026, with a required and paid 1-hr Virtual Training Call on Monday, January 26th (TBD EST / Call Time TBD). We are hiring exceptional Booth Hostess Talent who are adept in Brand Education and Lead Generation, along with and Brand Ambassadors to support with Production Assistant duties. We're looking for culturally fluent, on-trend, relatable, and Bilingual Spanish talent who naturally connect with Gen Z & Latine audiences in a professional and engaging manner. Previous experience with Lead Generation, beauty brands, high-profile trade shows, and modeling is a plus. Talent must be comfortable working indoors, maintaining high energy and standing for long periods of time. All Talent will be expected to arrive show ready, in the approved uniform, with fully and neatly styled hair in flattering style, preferably worn down to showcase the style of the hair, and full, neatly-applied and show-ready makeup that is in line with the client's aesthetic for the uniform. Hostess Talent: Female-presenting talent will be prioritized for this role. Hostesses are expected to become well-versed in the brand’s mission, as well as gain in-depth knowledge of all product lines, including key benefits and featured ingredients across each series. Hostess Talent should be confident, engaging, and capable of representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm throughout the event. Brand Ambassadors: Male-presenting talent preferred but not required. Support event setup, breakdown, and giveaway preparation, including lifting up to ~30 lbs and assembling high volumes of gift bags. Assist with inventory tracking and management, ensuring items are organized, protected, and accurately reported daily. Provide light front-facing support as needed and assist Hostess Talent with attendee engagement and lead routing.
