*San Francisco, CA: Interactive Family Gaming Brand Event & Major Gaming Brand - Hiring Talent ($30 - 35/hr)* - (Wed. 8/26 - Sun. 8/30) Hello, @morethanmodelsinc is currently seeking engaging Brand Ambassadors for an Interactive Family Gaming Brand Event in the San Francisco, CA area from Wednesday, August 26th through Sunday August 30th (Timing is still being finalized but will likely be 10 hour days). We are hiring exceptional Brand Ambassadors, Costume Character Actors (4’10 - 5’4”), Character Handlers, and Models who are knowledgeable and passionate about the gaming industry. Previous experience with line management and giveaways are a plus. We are seeking talent with full availability. Applicants must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors. Please note that all activation details are tentative and subject to change. Please note: assigned positions may have different schedules, and all booked talent may not be booked for every event date or activation available during this event. Full availability is preferred, but partial availability is welcomed. However, selected talent must have full availability for the required on-site training. Please note that all activation details, schedules, locations, and staffing needs are tentative and subject to change. Brand Ambassadors: Support event setup, breakdown, and giveaway preparation. Assist with inventory tracking and management, ensuring items are organized, protected, and accurately reported daily. Manage attendee flow by directing guests to appropriate lines, displays, and staff members while maintaining booth capacity, monitoring demonstration stations, entrances, and exits, and tracking attendance. Become familiar with the activation flow, logistics, giveaways, and booth layout to answer attendee questions confidently. Support giveaways, scheduled activities, and potential game demonstrations as needed. Ensure attendees are following safety protocols and work with event staff or security to address any safety or crowd-related concerns promptly. Models: Models should maintain a polished appearance, confidently present the products and help create an elevated, engaging brand presence. Models are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times and follow direction from the event team regarding positioning, timing, and product presentation. Costume Character Actors must be comfortable in fully enclosed costumes and be highly energetic, have strong stamina, and be physically animated throughout appearances. Actors should be knowledgeable about assigned characters & their associated game titles (TBA), and must thoroughly familiarize themselves with any provided guides while following all communicated protocols to ensure the use of approved poses and movements only throughout appearances. Handlers will assist Costume Character Actors in making appearances throughout the entire event, supporting them with dressing in and out of costume, managing lines, keeping track of appearance & break schedules, interacting with guests and helping guests with taking pictures for photo opportunities, guiding actors to appropriate staging and break areas, and protecting them from objects or people they are not able to sense.
