Acosta|Mosaic is seeking a personable, knowledgeable, and reliable team lead to represent a well-known motor oil company at a popular big box retailer. This team lead must have great presentation skills and high energy while running the event and judging a competition. This team lead needs to be able to manage two other brand ambassadors and be able to handle improvising in situations without a direct supervisor to defer questions to while on-site. Team lead experience preferred. Requirements: · Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel. · Ability to be self-sufficient and self-manage. · Excellent communication and presentation skills. · Team lead experience a plus. · Able to lift up to 50 pounds. Duties Include (but are not limited to): · Set up and tear down of outdoor footprint. · Engage consumers and keep consumers interested in the event/competition. · Manage two other BAs. · Troubleshoot any challenges that occur during the activation. · Complete event reporting. Location address: Walmart Supercenter - 3919 Mall Ave, Fayetteville, AR 72703 Activation Dates/Times: · Friday September 19th: 8:00am – 4pm Pay: · The Field Manager's pay rate is $30 Mosaic, in good faith, believes that this posted range of compensation is the accurate range for this role at the time of this posting. Mosaic may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range depending on candidate qualifications and locations. This range may be modified in the future.
