Field Coordinator – MB & SK & Rural AB Mosaic is looking for a dedicated, highly motivated, and highly organized individual to join our Retail Team as a Field Coordinator. The Field Coordinator will be responsibility for managing a team of approx. 60 Brand Ambassadors for our In-retail store demonstrations. This will include grocery & liquor store demonstrations. It is the Coordinator’s responsibility to manage and grow their team, while coaching and mentoring to ensure quality and exceptional in store experiences at our retail establishments. A Coordinator will regularly be required to conduct store visits during activations to gather information for our clients and build and maintain relationships with Store Managers. The Coordinator will work closely with our account, asset, training and operations team, and will report to the Regional Manager. Contract position: Starting October - December 2025 (good possibility of an extension) Compensation: $50,000 (annually prorated over your contract)
