We're looking for a dedicated Projection Assistant to support our talented team in delivering unforgettable brand interactions. Market: Nashville, TN Dates: TBD (DATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE) Times: 6:00pm - 1:00am (TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE) Rate: $225/Per Night As a Assistant to our lead Projectionist, you'll be required to assist setting up gear, ensuring safety and security of all company related equipment, capturing photos hourly and uploading to our company Slack Channel. This job may required minor heavy lifting .You will play a crucial role in the execution of our projects. You'll work closely with our Projectionist and Production Team to set up, operate, and troubleshoot projection equipment and related technologies. From concept to execution, you'll ensure that every projection enhances the narrative and visual impact of our campaigns. Responsibilities: - Assist in the setup and calibration of projection equipment at various locations throughout the night. - Conduct pre-event checks and tests with your projectionist, the night before the campaign to ensure all projection systems are functioning correctly. - Using Slack to Assist The Projectionist In Uploading Pictures, Video and to communicate your arrival times and all activity in the field, including movement from location to location - Provide on-site support and troubleshooting during events to ensure uninterrupted operation. - Taking Pictures & Videos as instructed by the Projectionist if needed. - Performing duties required by the National Experiential Management Team. - Drive from location to location when and as needed. Requirements: - Previous experience in AV setup, projection mapping, or related technical fields preferred. - Familiarity with projection software and hardware. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. - Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as needed for events. - Valid drivers license and form of transportation. - Be ON TIME and ready to work at call time EACH DAY. - Must wear all black clothing, no branding with proper footwear that will be comfortable for the task at hand. **MUST PROVIDE A VALID RESUME AND HEADSHOT TO BE PROPERLY CONSIDERED FOR THE JOB** Join us at National Experiential and be part of a team that pushes the boundaries of what's possible in experiential advertising.
