## Event Location(s) - Select Sprouts locations in Inglewood, Lawndale, Norwalk, Hacienda Heights, Fountain Valley, and Tustin. ## Job Overview / Responsibilities You’ll be responsible for representing Natty with positive energy and professionalism, including: - Engage shoppers/attendees in friendly conversation and invite them to try Natty - Scoop samples of Natty ice cream to customers at stores and events - Educate customers on what makes Natty special (taste, nutrition, ingredients, brand story) - Set up and break down sampling/activation stations (table, signage, product, cups/spoons, etc) - Keep your area clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the event - Capture light content (photos of the setup, people sampling the ice cream, product shots) - Submit a post-event recap questionnaire ## Skills We’re looking for professional, outgoing brand ambassadors. You’re a great fit if you are:* - Energetic, friendly, and comfortable talking to strangers - Reliable and punctual (retail demos and popups require on-time professionalism) - A strong communicator who can learn and deliver key talking points ## Requirements - Based in Los Angeles or Orange County with reliable transportation - Have availability between Friday and Sunday in the afternoon/evening - Able to lift and carry up to ~30 lbs (product + event supplies) - Comfortable standing and working on your feet for 3 hours - Willing to follow brand guidelines and retailer/event instructions ## Payment/Role Details - This role pays $30 per hour - We pay for one (1) hour of driving time per demo - This is a 1099 position - Hours will be tracked in Gusto - We reimburse you for the product you purchase at the store to demo with, within 24 hours - We pay biweekly on the day 1 and day 16 of every month
