Overview
NGP is seeking an Experiential Team Lead with a strong work ethic and a friendly, positive attitude to
support the Citibank Student Rush Program. This role oversees an on campus footprint including a 10x10
tent, tables, and giveaway items, and manages one additional Brand Ambassador during setup and
execution. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in all aspects of experiential production
while working toward a future management role with NGP. Position requires prolonged periods of
standing, walking, reaching, lifting heavy items, and ladder work.
Pay Rate: Starting at $55 per hour

Coordinate directly with campus contacts to secure event location, confirm access, and arrange

logistics for setup.
Arrive promptly at the designated setup time and check in with your Manager by submitting a
photo confirmation.
Manage and execute all event specific inventory for the Student Rush Program, maintaining
accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials, item condition, and quantities.
Pick up POS and event materials from the storage unit and transport to and from campus
locations. A personal vehicle is preferred for transporting materials; a rental van is available if
needed.
Oversee setup and breakdown of the event footprint, including a 10x10 tent, tables, signage, and
giveaway inventory, while managing one additional Brand Ambassador on site.
Take inventory of POS materials before and after each event, and ensure all materials are
returned to the storage unit in an organized and inventory compliant manner.
Submit a full event recap following each activation, including KPIs and photos.
Serve as the on site lead during activations, actively engaging attendees and maintaining a
professional, energetic, and customer focused attitude throughout each event.
Ensure all event assets are handled with care, maintain a clean and organized event space, and
communicate any inventory discrepancies, damages, or production issues to the appropriate
team members promptly.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of activation plans and event objectives while remaining
adaptable, proactive, and solution oriented in fast paced or changing environments.
Qualifications & Requirements

Must be proficient in English

Minimum 1 year of event production or experiential program experience; prior experience with an
experiential agency is a plus
Must have a valid Driver's License
Personal vehicle preferred; must be comfortable and confident driving rental vehicles (vans, uhaul
trucks) when needed
Keen awareness of the promotion and experiential marketing industry
Comfortable and confident in a client facing, campus based role
Promptness and strong time management skills required
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem solving skills
Proven ability to lead a small team on site and manage multiple tasks and projects at once
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and G Suite; strong understanding of email etiquette
A go getter who is quick on their feet, takes initiative, and is looking to grow into a management role with NGP.
Pay: Freelance $55/hr- Shifts vary 6-9 hour days
