Newbridge Marketing is hiring experienced Market Managers and outgoing Brand Ambassadors to support a nationwide in-store activation featuring live product engraving, complimentary coffee service, and guest engagement designed to drive loyalty sign-ups and increase store traffic. If you enjoy working in a polished retail environment, engaging shoppers, and creating memorable in-store experiences, this is a great opportunity to represent an exciting beauty program. 🏆 Market Manager ✅ Coordinate with store leadership and ensure smooth event setup ✅ Manage onsite staff and oversee activation operations ✅ Supervise the engraving station and coffee service setup ✅ Capture event photos and complete reporting requirements ✅ Ensure strong execution and positive guest experiences throughout the day 🎯 Brand Ambassador ✅ Engage shoppers and introduce them to the activation ✅ Encourage loyalty program sign-ups and brand interaction ✅ Distribute complimentary coffee and branded giveaways ✅ Share seasonal gift guides and product highlights ✅ Direct guests to the engraving station and assist with guest flow 📍 Event Details Activation Date: May 2 10:00 AM -7:00 PM Location: Bensalem, PA 💵 Pay Rate Market Manager: $30/hr Brand Ambassador: $25/hr Travel/Lodging: 🚫 Not provided – local staff only 📅 Market Manager Schedule Training Call: April 28 (1 PM EST) Prep Day: May 1Approximately 6 hours (exact timing TBD) Activation Day: May 2 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (timing may vary) Close-Out / Reporting: May 3 or May 4 Approximately 2 hours ⚠️ Important Notes This is a W2 position and staff are hired as local talent.
