If you enjoy engaging with guests, providing outstanding customer service, and being part of a high-end corporate event, we'd love to have you on our team! 📍 Location: Braselton, GA⏰ Event Dates & Times October 20: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM October 21: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM October 22: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM 💰 Rate: Team Lead: $32/hr (W2) Brand Ambassador: $27/hr (W2) 🚫 Travel: Not provided — local hires only Event Overview This is a three-day, premium conference for a financial services client that brings together attendees for networking, education, and interactive experiences. Day 1 focuses on attendee registration, check-in, a welcome reception, and an evening concert. Day 2 features a traditional conference agenda with keynote speakers, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities throughout the day. Day 3 concludes with a recreational event, which will likely be either a pickleball tournament or a golf outing. Throughout the event, Brand Ambassadors will play a key role in creating a seamless guest experience. Responsibilities may include attendee registration and check-in, managing activations such as the professional headshot photo booth, distributing premiums and giveaways, assisting with wayfinding, supporting session logistics, and providing exceptional customer service to attendees. 📌 ROLES: Team Lead (2) Brand Ambassadors (18) ✅ REQUIREMENTS: Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable working in an outdoor and/or event environment Positive attitude and team-first mentality 💼 EMPLOYMENT:This is a W2 position.
