🚨 NOW BOOKING: Outgoing Brand Ambassadors & Team Leads for a High-Energy Campus Activation! 🚨 Newbridge Marketing Group is hiring dynamic, high-energy W2 Brand Ambassadors and Team Leads to support an exciting on-campus experience promoting student meal plans. If you're passionate about engaging with peers, love a campus vibe, and want to help students discover great food options—this is the job for you! 🍔🎒📣 💼 What You’ll Do: ✅ Educate students and families on campus meal plans, pricing, perks, and how to purchase ✅ Distribute food samples, branded giveaways, and collateral provided by each campus ✅ Drive sign-ups and interest through fun, approachable peer-to-peer outreach ✅ Help set up and break down the event footprint ✅ Engage the crowd with your energy, personality, and professionalism ✅ Capture key event moments with photos for post-event reporting ✅ Build a positive atmosphere alongside fellow student ambassadors and Newbridge staff 📍 Event Details: Date(s): Must be available for all dates Monday August 25th 7:45 AM - 2 PM Tuesday August 26th 8:45 - 2 PM Wednesday August 27th 8:45 AM - 2 PM Thursday August 28th 8:45 AM - 2 PM Friday August 29th 8:45 AM - 2 PM Location: University of Cincinnati Ohio Pay Rate:  • Team Lead – $30/hr (includes extra paid time for training, recaps, and coordination)  • Brand Ambassadors – $25/hr Performance Bonus: 💲Based on overall execution, energy, professionalism, and delivery against campaign goals. Travel Stipend: Available by request only Training:  • Online + Onsite Paid Training provided prior to first event  ⚠️ Important Notes: By applying for this shift, you agree to work as a local hire and understand this is a W2 employee position.
