We're looking for outgoing Brand Ambassadors and dependable Event Support Staff to support this exciting event. 📍 Location: Durham, NC 📅 Dates: Load-In Support: July 24 Activation: July 25–26 Load-Out Support: July 26 ⏰ Tentative Activation Hours: Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM ⏰ Production Assistant/Labor Support Shifts: Approximately 4-hour load-in shift 💰 Compensation: $27/hr (W2) 🌤️ Environment: Indoor 🚫 Travel: Not provided — local hires only ✨ Brand Ambassador Responsibilities Welcome and engage shoppers Encourage participation in activation experiences Support interactive elements and photo opportunities Maintain a positive and energetic presence Assist with activation upkeep and organization Support the Tour Manager and event team as needed 🛠 Production Assistant/Labor Support Responsibilities Assist with setup and breakdown of activation assets Load and unload equipment and materials Organize inventory and supplies Support footprint assembly and teardown Follow direction from the Tour Manager ✅ Requirements Friendly and professional demeanor Strong communication skills Customer service, retail, or event experience preferred Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift and move event materials as needed Reliable transportation Must be available for assigned shift(s) 💼 Employment W2 Position Local hires only Photos and recaps may be required Details may change as final event information is confirmed 🎉 If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy creating memorable experiences—APPLY NOW!
