🔥 Join Our Team for an Exciting Back-to-School Pop-Up! 🔥 We’re looking for friendly, engaging staff to help bring an interactive Back-to-School Pop-Up to life at select retail locations (Dick’s Sporting Goods & DICK’S House of Sport). This fun, family-friendly activation invites customers who purchase a backpack to customize their gear and express their personal style — just in time for the new school year! ✨ Positions & Pay 1 Team Lead — $30/hr 2 Brand Ambassadors — $25/hr⏰ Shift Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM 🎒 Engagement Overview On event days, you’ll help create a fun and welcoming environment where families and kids can engage with the pop-up experience. We’re especially looking for: Natural “babysitter” types — great with kids, warm and approachable, younger kids would look up to Natural athletic / “jock” types — relatable, active, fit the retail vibe Balanced team — male/female split encouraged, with diversity in background and style 💼 Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Customization: Greet and engage with families and kids Guide customers through the backpack customization process Create a positive, upbeat event atmosphere Increase backpack sales 🎒 Event Support & Operations: Assist with event set-up and breakdown Maintain clean and organized customization stations Keep materials and inventory flowing smoothly Team Lead Duties: Act as on-site lead for staff and client Oversee event flow and staffing Handle end-of-day timesheets, photos, & recaps Mandatory Online Training: July 21st–24th TBD Includes required quiz ✅ Ideal Candidate Qualities Outgoing and friendly personality Excellent with kids and families Natural athletic / sporty vibe is a plus Dependable, professional, and punctual Team player, collaborative spirit Prior experience in events, retail, or brand ambassadorship is a plus 🚀 Ready to bring this fun pop-up to life?
