📢 Join Our Team for an Exciting Back-to-School Pop-Up! 📢 We’re looking for friendly, engaging staff to help bring an interactive Back-to-School Pop-Up to life at select retail locations (Dick’s Sporting Goods & DICK’S House of Sport). This fun, family-friendly activation invites customers who purchase a qualifying item to customize their gear and express their personal style — just in time for the new school year! 🛠 Brand Ambassador Role Overview We’re looking for outgoing, reliable Brand Ambassadors to bring energy and professionalism to this exciting in-store pop-up activation. You’ll be the face of the brand—welcoming families, guiding guests through an interactive customization experience, and supporting light setup and teardown to help the event run smoothly from start to finish. 💼 Key Duties Customer Engagement & Experience Represent the brand in a positive, enthusiastic manner Greet and guide families through the customization process Create a fun, welcoming environment that encourages interaction Encourage social sharing and drive product awareness Event Support & Setup Assist with truck unloading and load-in of event assets the day before activation (must be able to lift 50+ lbs) Support event space setup and decoration on Day 1 (approx. 2 hours) On Day 2, assist with 1 hour of setup and 1 hour of breakdown/load-out Keep activation zones clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the event ⏰ Shift Expectations Expect 10–12-hour shifts on activation days Must be comfortable with light to moderate manual labor as part of your role 💻 Required Training All staff must complete the following pre-event training: 0.5 hr virtual session with the brand team (product overview & brand voice) 0.5 hr virtual session with NMG (execution protocols & key messaging) ✅ Ideal Candidate Qualities Outgoing, friendly, and dependable Excellent with kids and families Prior experience in brand ambassadorship, events, or retail Professional, proactive, and a great team player Strong communicator with the ability to multitask on-site 🚀 Ready to bring this fun pop-up to life?
