Newbridge Marketing is hiring enthusiastic, dynamic Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading quick-service restaurant brand in an engaging, fast-paced environment. If you love connecting with people, being out in the community, and creating excitement around new openings—this is your moment! 🍗 🎉 We’re looking for energetic, outgoing, and reliable individuals to help bring this activation to life through guerrilla-style street team canvassing and local outreach. If you enjoy engaging with people and creating fun, memorable interactions, we’d love to have you on the team! 💼 What You’ll Do Learn and confidently share brand messaging with the public Engage consumers through guerrilla street team canvassing and conversations Walk and travel to high-traffic areas to connect with the local community Distribute cookies and promotional collateral to drive awareness Speak knowledgeably about menu items and encourage grand opening attendance Use your personality and energy to educate, entertain, and drive engagement Capture photos when needed Maintain a positive, professional presence while representing the campaign 📍 Event Details Date(s): April 24, 25, 28, 29, 30 Location: Oklahoma City, OK Pay Rate: $30/hr for TL $25/hr BA Travel/Lodging: 🚫 Not provided – local staff only Shift Time(s): 9am-5pm 👕 Dress Code Staff should arrive clean, polished, and event-ready. Standard expectation: Comfortable closed-toe shoes Neutral pants/shorts or event-approved attire Branded apparel may be provided onsite Full uniform details will be provided in your confirmation email prior to the event. 📌 Requirements Must be comfortable standing, walking, and traveling between locations throughout the shift Must be outgoing, professional, and comfortable approaching the public Must be punctual, reliable, and team-oriented Must be comfortable with canvassing and initiating conversations with strangers Must have reliable transportation for local travel between activation areas (if applicable) 📌 Team Lead Responsibilities (if applicable) Must download and install Routific app for mapping and tracking Lead the Brand Ambassador team by example Receive and organize collateral and program materials Transport materials to activation areas and distribute to BAs Follow a predetermined route/map for distribution Ensure both passersby and local businesses receive materials Complete daily recap reporting with interactions and feedback Must be available for all scheduled days 📢 In the “Tell us why you are applying and why we should choose you” section Please include a short, thoughtful quote that reflects your personality and professionalism.
