Newbridge Marketing Group is seeking outgoing, enthusiastic, and dependable Brand Ambassadors and a Team Lead to represent a nationally recognized brand during a private conference at Navy Pier in Chicago! Location: Private Conference at Navy Pier, ChicagoDates: June 24, 26–27, 2025Expected Attendance: 2,500 🕒 Shift Schedule Prep/Training Day (Mandatory):🗓️ Tuesday, June 24 | ⏰ 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Event Day 1:🗓️ Thursday, June 26 | ⏰ 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Event Day 2:🗓️ Friday, June 27 | ⏰ 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM 🎯 Roles Available: Team Lead Manage and oversee ~15 internal volunteers per shift Attend training on scheduling, venue logistics, and accessibility Act as the main point of contact for onsite logistics and team coordination Brand Ambassadors Greet attendees and provide wayfinding and general assistance Support registration check-in and direct traffic flow Distribute premium items, run event games, and engage attendees Encourage participation and represent the brand with professionalism and energy 💼 Why Work With Us?
