NewScope is seeking an energetic, reliable, and self-motivated Lead Brand Ambassador to support an on-site activation at the remaining Houston Dynamo FC home games. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a live event environment and is confident working independently while engaging with fans. Key Responsibilities: • Represent the brand in a professional, outgoing, and approachable manner • Engage with stadium attendees to promote a sweepstakes and encourage QR code sign-ups • Distribute promotional giveaways to fans • Manage a small activation space, including a pop-up table and display vehicle • Capture event photos and document activation highlights • Complete a detailed post-event recap following each game Event Details: • Location: Inside the stadium during Houston Dynamo home games • Schedule: From gates opening through the end of halftime (around 4 hours) • Setup: Small footprint (pop-up table + display vehicle will be on site already) • Staffing: Solo position (must be comfortable working independently) Ideal Candidate: • Self-starter with strong time management skills • Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging with large crowds • Dependable, proactive, and able to work with no supervision • Detail-oriented with the ability to complete recaps and submit photos promptly Additional Requirements: • Must have a smartphone capable of taking high-quality photos • Must be punctual and reliable for all scheduled game days Schedule Date Activation Hours Wed - 4/22 5pm-9pm Sat - 5/2 5pm-9pm Sat - 5/16 5pm-9pm Wed - 7/22 5pm-9pm Sat - 7/25 5pm-9pm Sat - 8/15 5pm-9pm Sat - 8/29 5pm-9pm Wed - 9/9 5pm-9pm Sat - 9/19 5pm-9pm Sat - 9/26 5pm-9pm Sat - 10/17 5pm-9pm Sat - 10/24 5pm-9pm Sat - 11/7 3:30pm-8:30pm Pay Rate: $200 per game. Payment will be issued via ACH and dispatched within a maximum timeframe of three weeks upon receipt of all necessary documentation. It is mandatory to submit your timesheet and complete a W-9 form for payment processing. Attire: Professional dress code consisting of solid black pants, appropriate-length black shorts, or black skirt that provides full coverage while moving and bending. Denim, solid black leggings and athletic tennis skirts are all acceptable options. Comfortable tennis shoes should be worn – not color specific. A Ford shirt will be provided on your first working day and must be worn as part of the uniform.
