Location: Expo West – Anaheim, CA Dates: March 4-6, 2026 Brand: Once Upon a Coconut Position Type: Event / Temporary About the Brand Once Upon a Coconut is a premium coconut water brand focused on clean ingredients, great taste, and strong brand presence. We’re looking for energetic, professional brand ambassadors to help us represent the brand at Expo West, one of the largest natural products trade shows in the country. Role Overview As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the face of Once Upon a Coconut on the show floor. This role is all about engaging attendees, sharing product knowledge, sampling when applicable, and helping create a positive, memorable brand experience. Responsibilities Represent Once Upon a Coconut professionally at Expo West Engage with attendees in a friendly, confident, and outgoing manner Educate consumers and buyers about our coconut water Assist with booth support, product sampling, and crowd flow Maintain a clean and organized booth area Support the brand team as needed throughout the event What We’re Looking For Outgoing, reliable, and professional demeanor Comfortable engaging with large crowds and initiating conversations Prior brand ambassador, demo, or event experience preferred (not required) Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment Must be punctual and dependable for scheduled shifts Perks Work with a fun, growing natural beverage brand High-energy trade show environment Opportunity for future demo and event work with Once Upon a Coconut How to Apply Email: christy@onceuponacoconut.com
