We are looking for friendly, outgoing Brand Ambassadors to represent OneGreenFilter inside Lowe's Home Improvement stores! This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy talking with people and making a positive impact on their everyday lives. ROLE OVERVIEW: As a Water Quality Brand Ambassador, you will engage Lowe's shoppers in conversation, conduct brief water quality surveys, and help educate customers on the importance of clean, filtered water. Your primary goal is to book on-the-spot water quality tests for interested customers. If a same-day appointment cannot be scheduled, you will let customers know that office will be reaching out to schedule a water test at a convenient time. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Engage and approach shoppers in a warm, professional manner inside Lowe's stores • Conduct short water quality surveys with customers • Educate customers on water quality concerns and the benefits of water filtration • Attempt to book a water quality test on the spot for interested customers • For customers who cannot book immediately, inform them that the office will follow up to schedule their water test • Accurately capture customer contact information for follow-up • Meet daily engagement and survey goals • Represent the OneGreenFilter brand with enthusiasm and professionalism WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: • Friendly, approachable, and confident communicators • Comfortable approaching and engaging strangers in a retail environment • Self-motivated and goal-oriented • Prior brand ambassador, sales, or promotional experience is a plus but not required • Reliable and punctual WHAT YOU'LL NEED: • Professional appearance • Positive, outgoing attitude • Ability to stand for extended periods • Smartphone for data entry/survey submission COMPENSATION: Competitive hourly or daily rate — details provided upon interview This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to earn income in a fun, engaging environment while making a real difference in customers' lives.
