Staff will be scheduled for one 8-hour shift during peak consumer traffic hours. Final working times will be communicated as soon as they're confirmed. ▪️ Staff Apparel Provided 👖 Black pants, black undershirt, and black sneakers/flats required. Dress comfortably and appropriately for being on your feet all day. ▪️ Client Apparel Provided 👕 Branded t-shirt ▪️ Program Specifics & Staff Duties 📋 Brand Ambassadors will attend priority trade show events as general attendees, proactively engaging exhibitors, attendees, and collectors to build awareness of a leading live commerce platform. Responsibilities include distributing informational materials, delivering key program messaging, answering basic program questions, and identifying qualified prospects for follow-up by the client's Business Development team. This role is best suited for experienced, self-motivated Brand Ambassadors who are comfortable working independently. Unlike many of our activations, you will often be the sole Onyx + Emerald representative on-site and will be expected to confidently manage your responsibilities, initiate conversations with attendees, represent the client professionally, and make sound decisions with minimal supervision. Comprehensive virtual training will be provided prior to the event to ensure you are fully prepared for success. As part of this W-2 position, staff are also expected to complete a detailed end-of-shift recap and reporting while still on the clock before clocking out.
