Dress comfortably and appropriately for outdoor working conditions. Staff will be required to wear show dress blacks for event days and athleisure for all other days. _______________________________ ▪️ Program Specifics & Staff Duties 📋💪 We’re looking for a reliable, polished, and hands-on Event Vehicle Driver & Specialist to support an upcoming ride and drive activation. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable behind the wheel of pickup trucks and SUVs, has a strong understanding of vehicles, and enjoys being part of a fast-paced event environment. Responsibilities • Safely drive and transport pickup trucks, SUVs, and off-road vehicles between the Hankook facility, local mechanic, car wash, and event locations. • Assist with vehicle preparation before and throughout the event, including tire-swap logistics and ensuring vehicles are positioned and ready for use. • Spot-clean and lightly detail vehicles to keep them clean, polished, and show-ready. • Assist with taking off-road vehicles through a local self-service car wash following the first event day to prepare them for the following day's activities. • Serve as a helpful resource to the client team with basic vehicle questions, particularly around tire pressure, vehicle features, and navigating dashboard/display screens. • Perform basic vehicle checks and communicate any issues or concerns to the appropriate team members. • Maintain a professional, helpful, and client-facing presence throughout the activation. • Follow all safety protocols and handle client vehicles with care and professionalism.
