Oxford Marketing is seeking experienced brand ambassadors and conference staff for the Grace Hopper Conference at the McCormick Center November 3rd - 7th.
Times vary based on role. Not all staff are needed all days. BA pay rate is $30/hr. Parking is reimbursed up to $27/day with receipt.
Assistant Team Lead positions available. MUST have Team lead experience. Assistant TL pay is $32/hr. Assistant TL's may be needed for an on site training on 11/2/25
Seeking the following roles:
Registration (Monday - Friday)
Badge Scanners (Tuesday - Friday or Wednesday - Friday)
Directionals (Tuesday - Friday)
Ancillary Staff (Tuesday - Friday)
Food and beverage directionals (Tuesday - Friday)
There will be a virtual training session for ALL staff sometime in October. Dates & Times are TBD.
