Oxford Marketing is looking for brand ambassadors to work upcoming MLS event in Commerce City, CO Date & Time: 8/23/26 Several positions are available: Lead labor: this is a labor/team lead position. Times are TBD but expect a 10 to 12 hour shift. Pay rate $35 per hour. Team member must be Male and can lift 40+ pounds or more. Brand Ambassadors: can be male or female. Must be outgoing, engaging, and actively draw attendees to the footprint. Times TBD but will be a minimum 4 to 5 hour shift. Pay rate $29 per hour. Backups for both labor and BAs are needed. This will pay a flat rate of $75 unless asked to extend the full shift. Then the rate will convert to hourly. Parking is reimbursed with receipt up to $25 if no pass is provided. Labor (doubling as Brand Ambassador during event active hours) This role will also serve as the LEAD staff for the shift. Lead position responsibilities include: Assists the tour manager with executing all set up and tear down tasks Managing all staff arrival and departure time tracking, including helping to troubleshoot with onsite tour manager should staff be delayed due to traffic, parking, etc. Managing all staff break schedules Assist tour manager to distribute staff uniform shirts upon staff arrivals Take misc. event photos throughout the shift when appropriate and share with Oxford staffing manager to share with rEvolution program manager Executes Brand Ambassador tasks during event active hours (see below)) BA DUTIES * Assist with any final cleaning that might need to occur upon arrival (prior to display opening) * Greeting guests / welcoming into footprint area * Enticing guests to register * Directing guest flow through registration/prize redemption and different photo engagement lines * Executing registration prize redemption consisting of: * Operating provided iPad (with previously provided instructions) * Handing prize to guest post redemption * Backfilling prize stock as activation progresses * Executing photo engagement station consisting of: * Operating provided iPad and photo element (with previously provided instructions) * Handing guests misc. photo props to use within photos To apply, Please register and apply on our staffing portal through the below link: https://oxfordmarketingus.staffconnect-app.com/home Please make sure all documents are uploaded when creating a profile (resume, W9, IC Agreement).
