Friday, Saturday & Sunday Commitment Required Oxford Marketing is seeking one outgoing, energetic and highly reliable Brand Ambassador to join our Station Casinos Boarding Pass team at Green Valley Ranch Resort & Casino. This is a highly interactive, guest-facing position on the casino floor. The Brand Ambassador will proactively engage guests, introduce and enroll eligible guests in the Station Casinos Boarding Pass Program, assist with the STN Mobile App, and educate guests on program features, rewards and current offers. Ideal Candidate Previous casino experience HIGHLY recommended Previous Brand Ambassador, Player Services, Rewards Center, Promotions, Hospitality or Guest Services experience preferred Outgoing and confident approaching and engaging casino guests Friendly, polished and professional Strong communication and customer service skills Tech-savvy and comfortable assisting guests with mobile apps and tablets Sales-minded and motivated to achieve signup goals Dependable, punctual and able to work independently Comfortable being on your feet and actively engaging guests throughout the shift Must be 21+ Schedule Green Valley Ranch Resort & Casino Friday, Saturday & Sunday This is an ongoing weekend position, and candidates must be able to reliably commit to all three days each week. Gaming Registration Selected candidate must be eligible to obtain the required Nevada gaming registration/licensing and fingerprinting. Associated licensing costs will be reimbursed.
