Paid an extra incentive to both show up 15min early each day AND participate in the conference call - very nice! Agency communication is excellent
Mandy is ON TOP of communication! She hired me right away and gave me an opportunity to be a Team Lead. All information was sent via packet as well as a conference call, no questions were left unanswered! I look forward to working with Paradym again!
It was a pleasure working for Paradym! I applied for the job and booked the same day. Training materials were informative and the conference call helped just in case there were more questions. Recap was involved but nothing too bad.
Let me just say that formerly I had a bad experience with Paradym but gave them another shot & I'm so glad I did! Communication was literally instant and all information we needed was available. Nationwide program & we had a fun time.
First time with Paradym. Parking was terrible at venue and they were more helpful in resolving than any agency I've worked Michigan Nascar with. 5 stars.
Andrew & Sheria are absolutley fantastic field managers. I stay away from less than $20/hr but I'll do Al Capone for $18 anyday.
Super easy event! My contact for the event, Maria, was super communicative and answered all my questions, prior and during the event. I was paid within a week of the event via check. Would definitely work with this company again!
I've worked with Paradym 4 & 5 years ago, then again May of this year. All I can say wow! They're still one of THE best companies, quick communication, super fun event, and payment is a touch faster than years past. A+ and thank you sooo much!!
Large event w/ a lot of people hired by 2 separate booking managers (very confusing). Once onsite, there was no direction, management was rude, and welfare wasn't' cared about. One girl left 2hrs in and STILL got paid for all 8hrs!! Never again.
This company is great with communication, and the management is fun! Pay was sent out right when expected! All points that make for a great event!
Fun and easy promo serving beer/ cider to art show attendees. On-site management was really helpful and kind and put in work. She did not force us to do her job for her as some other managers do. This encouraged us to do our best work. Paid on time
Always good pay, and always prompt payment. The event itself was fun and they took care of us with breaks and snacks. Subcontracted for Mosaic. Mosaic tour manager took advantage of us with some unnecessarily heavy lifting but not Paradym’s doing.
Communication from company was confusing and not clear on parking. On site management was VERY rude. They did not disclose we would be asked to be trash people & that we would be punished if declined... will never take a job from this agency again.
30 minute *unpaid* lunch - w2 event. 2 BA's were drinking at event. There was no team lead. The client was helpful as was Paradym when questions were asked. It was a hot day and lots of water was provided as well as snacks.
Communication was a little lack luster. When I sent email about payment it took a while to hear back. Other than that they are a great company to work for. Thought on site managers, great activations, fun events.
