LONG BEACH (Conv Ctr / So Cal): Seeking experienced female booth hostesses to represent Dubai Ports World at the TPM Global Conference. Monday 3/2 - Wednesday 3/4/26, $1,035 Agency: Pivotal www.facebook.com/groups/pivotaleventstaffing Location: Long Beach Convention Center - 300 E Ocean Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90802 Description: Orientation provided. Previous trade show / conference / live event experience required; ability to work with a team, speak politely to the public, have fun and work on your feet all day are essential. Must be outgoing, articulate, flexible and reliable. Duties include lead generation, inviting guests into the booth, handing out premiums, crowd management, etc. This is an indoor event and you will be standing throughout. Background: DP World (Dubai Ports World / DPW) is a leading provider of worldwide shipping logistics services, and they will have a presence at the TPM (Trans-Pacific Maritime) Global Conference. Schedule: 3 consecutive days * Monday 3/2: 7a-6p (11 hours) * Tuesday 3/3: 7a-6p (11 hours) * Wednesday 3/4: 7a-2p (6 hours) Pay: $1,035 for 29 hours. Based on a straight time rate of $30 / hour and includes $25 / day per diem. Paid as a W2 employee via direct deposit (domestic bank account in your name required) by Wednesday 3/18. Parking (or ride share up to the cost of parking, estimated at $25/day) is added to your payment as a nontaxable reimbursement (original receipt required). Wardrobe: Look and dress smart. Arrive daily wearing business professional attire: black pants (please no skirts or capris), black belt, black footwear (not sneakers), black blazer / jacket and a white button-down shirt. Limit jewelry to a watch and wedding band / engagement ring, no necklaces or bracelets. Notes: * Must be 18+ and legal to work in the U.S. without sponsorship * Travel + living compensation is not provided * Controversial / offensive tattoos that cannot be covered are not permitted * Only traditional / conservative earrings are allowed (all other piercings must be removed).
