Busy Catering company is looking for Food Plating Personel & Servers needed for event located in Gainesville, Ga. 4pm-8pm (4hr shift) Location: Boat House Event Facilty Food Plating Personel - no experience required. Servers - Limited experience prefered Food Plating Personel responsibilities: set up food plating tables, Plating Salads and Desserts before event to have on tables, Plating one item on plate for assembly line of food plating to get 200 plates served in 15 minutes, cleaning food assembly tables, breaking down and loading up. Server responsibilities: set up dining room and food tables, passing appetizers, Running plated food to tables, clearing empty plates/glasses, break down Dress Code: The goal is professionalism. All black. Black, long-sleeve button up (they sell these at Walmart or on Amazon if you don’t have one). Black pants (jeans or dress pants are fine - no rips, tears, or major fading of color- they need to be solid black). Black, closed-toe shoes (tennis shoes, flats, cute boots are fine - make sure they’re comfortable, you’ll be on your feet). Your shoes need to be ALL BLACK (no white soles) - you can get black shoes at Walmart or Target hecka cheap. If you decide to wear tennis shoes, they need to be in good and clean condition - please don’t wear your shoes you mow the yard in. We will provide a black apron. Wear your hair back and/or up (i.e. a bun, a ponytail, a braid, etc.). Checks will be handed out at the end of the night.
