We’re seeking polished, energetic and guest-focused BAs for a premium athleisure activation in Los Angeles. This is a high-profile experiential event for an elevated Australian activewear brand rooted in wellness culture and coastal-luxe aesthetics. Team members will rotate between front-of-house guest engagement and back-of-house fulfillment throughout the day. Responsibilities may include: • Greeting and welcoming guests • Assisting guests with sizing and product selection • Walking attendees through the leggings collection and product offerings • Guiding QR-code sign-up and registration flow • Pulling product inventory and fulfilling guest orders • Bagging and distributing product We are casting warm, confident, and professional individuals with strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate is polished and approachable, comfortable engaging with guests for long periods of time, and aligned with wellness / activewear culture. BRAND VIBE: • Feminine, elevated, wellness-forward • Polished without feeling overly styled • Fashion-aware and naturally confident • Athletic / wellness lifestyle alignment SHIFT DETAILS • Location: The Grove, Los Angeles, CA • Shift Hours Call Time: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM • Activation Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM WARDROBE • Full uniform provided by brand • Staff must provide clean black or neutral sneakers PLEASE NOTE This is a fast-paced, guest-facing activation requiring high energy, professionalism, and teamwork throughout the day. RECOMMENDED MUST-HAVES: • Prior experiential / brand ambassador experience • Strong communication skills • Reliable transportation • Comfortable standing for long periods • Interest in wellness, fashion, or activewear culture is a plus PAYMENT TERMS This is an independent contractor (1099) position. Payment will be issued following the activation via agreed-upon payment method. Talent must be authorized to work in the U.S. and comfortable receiving 1099 compensation.
