Lead Brand Ambassador Wanted | Part-Time THC Seltzer Program 📣 WE ARE SEEKING A LEAD BRAND AMBASSADOR FOR A PART TIME COLLEGE CAMPUS SAMPLING PROGRAM We’re looking for an outgoing, experienced, and well-connected **Lead Brand Ambassador** to represent a growing THC Seltzer brand. Location: University of Central Florida Rate: $30/hr (Pt time consistent position about 15 hrs per week) Dates: Mid Sep- Early November This is more than a traditional BA role! We’re looking for someone who can truly own their market, building local relationships, executing activations, creating brand awareness, connecting with consumers, and helping grow the brand within the local community. This is a part-time opportunity averaging approximately 15 hours per week through November. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Execute promotional events, grassroots sampling, product drops, and on-premise activations * Educate consumers on the brand and product * Build and maintain relationships with local bars/restaurants, community partners, influencers, distributors, and other key contacts * Identify local opportunities to increase brand awareness and trial * Engage with consumers both in person and through social media * Create approximately 2 social media posts per week supporting brand presence * Capture consumer data and support lead-generation initiatives * Provide weekly recaps and track key performance indicators * Work closely with the client and agency teams * Help drive brand awareness and sales within your market WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR Must be 21+ Ideal candidates will: * Live locally and have strong knowledge of the college campus/community, student organizations, local events, and surrounding bar & restaurant scene * Have previous Brand Ambassador, promotional, sampling, marketing, or sales experience * Ideally have 1+ year of on-premise promotional experience working with brands and/or distributors * Have knowledge of or experience within the **THC and/or alcohol industry** * Be outgoing, warm, energetic, and comfortable approaching and engaging consumers * Be able to work independently and take ownership of their market * Be comfortable working nights and weekends as needed * Have a **valid driver’s license and clean background** * Have strong written and verbal communication skills * Be comfortable using Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office * Have social media/content creation experience * Have an established social media presence with at least 1,000 followers PERFECT FOR SOMEONE WHO... Is already tapped into their local scene, knows where people are going and what’s happening around town, enjoys building relationships, and wants something with more ownership than a traditional BA shift. We’re looking for someone who can become a true extension of the brand in their market, not simply show up for scheduled events.
