Your duties will include: Table Setup: Assisting with the precise setup and preparation of event tables, each accommodating 10-15 guests. Food Service: Executing seamless family-style food service, running various menu items efficiently from the kitchen to your assigned tables. Beverage Service: Monitoring guest beverage needs and providing attentive wine and champagne pouring service throughout the event. Table Maintenance: Diligently removing dirty dishware and transporting it to the designated kitchen sanitation station. Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with kitchen and other front-of-house staff to ensure smooth event flow and guest satisfaction. Schedule: Call Time: 5:00 PM SHARP Event Start: TBD (Guests arrive after call time) Event End (Approx.): 11:30 PM - 12:00 AM (midnight) Shift End (Approx.): Approximately 12:00 AM (midnight), pending breakdown. Compensation: Server Pay: $150 for the shift. Payment Method: Paid at the end of the shift. Uniform & Appearance: Dress Code: ALL BLACK catering attire. (Please refer to previous visual reference if needed: black button-down shirt/blouse, black dress pants/skirt, comfortable black shoes. No ties or aprons unless specifically instructed for a different role). Grooming: Ensure your uniform is clean and ironed. Hair (facial and on head) must be neat and tidy.
