We are looking for Brand Ambassadors to represent our cannabis company at the Mount Pleasant hot spot, O'Kelly's / Wayside! This role combines grassroots marketing, customer engagement, and cannabis education. As the face of Pro Gro, you’ll help drive brand awareness, foster relationships, and create unique, memorable experiences for customers and industry professionals alike. This is a great opportunity for those passionate about cannabis culture, marketing, and community engagement—with the bonus of sharing and documenting your experiences across your social platforms. What You’ll Do Represent Pro Gro with enthusiasm and professionalism Create engaging customer experiences to increase brand awareness and loyalty Distribute marketing materials, samples, and branded swag Educate potential customers on cannabis products and promotions Set up and tear down displays or event materials as needed Promote events and products on your personal social media platforms Be a core part of event marketing campaigns What We’re Looking For Energetic, social, and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit Background in customer service or promotional work preferred Strong communication skills and comfortable speaking with the public Familiar with cannabis and passionate about cannabis education Social media savvy – ideally with an active and engaging personal presence Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally as needed Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs A natural relationship-builder who enjoys networking and connecting with others Requirements 21+ years of age 1+ years of brand ambassador, marketing, or cannabis industry experience (preferred) Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Punctual, organized, and able to manage time effectively Comfortable working independently or as part of a team Willingness to work a flexible, self-determined schedule Compensation Pay: $20/hour (event minimum: 5 hours) Status: Part Time / Temporary Schedule: Friday & Saturday night shifts Please submit your resume and cover letter, along with links to your social media accounts, and tell us why you’re passionate about the cannabis industry and excited to represent Pro Gro.
