We are seeking energetic and outgoing Promotional Specialists to support a multi-day experiential marketing event. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, consumer-facing environments and enjoy creating engaging brand experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively engage with event attendees and encourage participation in the activation - Welcome guests into the display area with a friendly and professional demeanor - Register participants using tablet-based systems and ID scanners - Verify valid driver’s licenses and confirm required endorsements for demo participants - Clearly explain participation requirements and safety guidelines - Facilitate completion of digital safety waivers for demo and interactive experiences - Capture sweepstakes entries and distribute promotional giveaways - Provide general information and answer basic questions about the brand and experience - Maintain a positive, enthusiastic presence throughout the event Wardrobe Requirements: - Branded t-shirt will be provided (returning staff should bring prior approved shirts, excluding specific legacy event shirts) - Optional: plain black or white long-sleeve shirt may be worn underneath - Outerwear: non-branded black jacket or approved branded jacket only - Required: long pants (jeans) and closed-toe shoes Note: - Only approved/issued apparel may be worn while on-site - Branded items must not be worn outside of the event location - This is an outdoor event—please dress appropriately for weather conditions Not permitted: - Yoga pants, leggings, shorts, or open-toed shoes - Non-compliant attire may result in dismissal from the event Event Details: - Dates: March 26 – March 29 Schedule: - March 26: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM - March 27: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - March 28: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - March 29: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Compensation: - Pay Rate: $25/hr - Per diem: $25
